China’s Largest Independently Designed Offshore Crude Oil Production Platform in Operation

Located in the eastern South China Sea, a groundbreaking offshore crude oil production central platform has been successfully designed and constructed independently by China. This massive structure stands at an impressive height of 218 meters, with a weight of 30,000 tons, and operates in a water depth of 145 meters.

The platform is equipped with a 3×7600KW Diesel Power Plant (DPP) to ensure stable energy supply for crude oil extraction and processing. As the largest of its kind in China, the platform represents a major milestone in the country's offshore oil development, demonstrating advanced engineering and technological innovation in deep-sea oil production.
