DIFFICULTIES

  • Combined cycle power plant which required high technical requirements and large amount of engineering work.

  • Second hand engines


SOLUTION

Overhauled the engines to a 0 running hour condition.


RESULT

  • Passed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in a single trial which is very difficult for 2nd hand engines.

  • Requirements for the fuel consumption and power output were met as well during our FAT.

The Australian Power Plant EPC project undertaken by the company, through the efforts of various departments and project teams, has successfully passed the factory acceptance test of all auxiliary machinery and electrical equipment on August 11 and received high praise from our customers.
