DIFFICULTIES

  • High ambient temperature reaching 40-45 degrees Celsius.

  • Frequent sand storms at project site

  • Lack of suitable water source

  • Improper configuration of load equipment to power equipment due to incorrect data provided by the owner, thus not allowing for backup engine.


SOLUTIONS

  • Constant monitoring of the engine operational data.

  • Increase spare part supply to ensure continuous operation of the power plant.

  • Modified the power house to ensure sandstorms would not affect operation.


RESULT

Power plant has been operational for more than 4 years now, 24 hours 365 days a year.

The Australian Power Plant EPC project undertaken by the company, through the efforts of various departments and project teams, has successfully passed the factory acceptance test of all auxiliary machinery and electrical equipment on August 11 and received high praise from our customers.
